I am a private practitioner and my search for CDE program in Endodontics lead me to AAE- India. Today, I am delighted to say that Joining Raghu Sir was a prudent decision. I really appreciate Dr.Raghu's efforts in assembling an interdisciplinary faculty comprised of leading practitioners from the field of Oral Medicine, Endodontics and Prosthodontics, who offered relevant, engaging and quality instructions to us. With his unique style of teaching, I not only gained tremendous knowledge in the field of Endodontics but also gained additional insights of clinical practice. He bridged the gap between theory and clinical practice by constantly engaging us in debates about various concepts in the field of Endodontics. I also appreciate his strong commitment to bring in the quality in his students clinical work, which is the need of today's competitive dental profession. Six months later, I am able to do Rotary Endodontics which once was considered as an impossible task with the confidence he has given me. Today, I look back with gratitude to my mentor, Dr.Raghu for taking me under his wing and for having helped me pave my path towards being a better clinician.
